Gently hand wash them in cold water using a mild detergent, or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh bag. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric; instead, press out excess water with a towel and lay the item flat to dry.

Do not hang knits, as this can cause stretching. If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and a pressing cloth, or opt for steaming.
