To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, free of any fragrance, and returned with the original label attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Please contact us within the return window to initiate the process.

Gently hand wash them in cold water using a mild detergent, or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh bag. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric; instead, press out excess water with a towel and lay the item flat to dry.

Do not hang knits, as this can cause stretching. If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and a pressing cloth, or opt for steaming.
