Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can break down elasticity. Do not bleach.

For drying, lay flat or tumble dry on low heat—high heat can damage the stretch fibers. If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting and avoid direct contact with the fabric by placing a cloth between the iron and clothing.
